Who are these workshops for and what should I expect?
This workshop is available to adults [18+].
Workshop allows for participation as you choose.
Join one or both workshop sessions.
Payment due at time of registration. (Event access will be emailed prior to event.)
These workshops can be a supportive addition to therapy or other supports you may already have. We believe that access to multiple supports can be helpful and important, especially in healing and living again in the wake of grief and loss.
